Payment Options
Sew & Co uses an online payment system where you can purchase using your credit card. If you are having problems using the online shop checkout feel free to contact us through phone or email so we can guide you through your payment or arrange a different payment option.
Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Shipping Policy
If there is a running line ordered that we are waiting for from our supplier we will advise you of this as products may take longer to deliver.
If a fabric is out of stock we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.
For all customers the cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of items, however some items are exempt from this. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 1/2 Kilogram.
Within New Zealand
We can ship around New Zealand. For customers within New Zealand we ship using New Zealand Post. The minimum shipping cost is $8.00 for items with a total weight of under 1kg, the maximum being $20.00 for items with a total weight of under 9kg.
International
For customers wishing to ship to Australia or international, please contact us to arrange shipping estimates. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Returns Policy
When ordering fabric with us please chose carefully and understand that the colours that appear on your device may not be accurate representations of the fabric in store. Any fabric ordered and cut, unless there is a fault with the fabric itself, can not be returned.
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, you will only receive a refund if the item is in the original condition that it left the store in.
