Here at Cushla's we use an online payment system, eWay. This is where you can purchase using your credit card. Recently we have had several customers unable to use this to purchase their carts. If you are having similar issues feel free to contact us through phone or email so we can guide you through your payment or arrange a different payment option.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If there is a running line ordered that we are waiting for from our supplier we will advise you of this as products may take longer to deliver.
If a fabric is out of stock we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.
For all customers the cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of items, however some items are exempt from this. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 1/2 Kilogram.
For customers within New Zealand we ship using New Zealand Post and on occasion, Peter Baker Transport. The minimum shipping cost is $5.00 for items with a total weight of under 1kg, the maximum being $20.00 for items with a total weight of under 9kg.
For customers wishing to ship to Australia we ship the items using New Zealand Post and have a minimum shipping cost of $10.50 for items with a total weight under 500g and a maximum of $57.40 for items with a total weight of under 6kg.
For our international customers (excluding Australia) we ship our items using New Zealand Post with a minimum shipping cost of $25.00 for items with a total weight of under 500g and a maximum of $152.00 for items with a total weight of under 6kg.
When ordering fabric with us please chose carefully and understand that the colours that appear on your device may not be accurate representations of the fabric in store. Any fabric ordered and cut, unless there is a fault with the fabric itself, can not be returned.
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, you will only recieve a refund if the item is in the original condition that it left the store in.
